Implement decentralised pharmacy distribution service

MICE Associates implemented purchasing for pharmacy within the Trust. The project managed with 3 technicians to ensure separation and autonomy from Bournemouth Trust. Use of E-Procurement, barcode booking in of inventory, and developing Standard operation procedures for all elements of the process. Programs were successfully implemented and maintained. MICE worked as the Project Development manager for AAH Hospital Service.
