Implement purchasing for pharmacy

MICE Associates worked with the Lanarkshire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust to implement a decentralised pharmacy distribution service. E-Procurement was used to accept multiple orders from wards and send electronic invoices. An article was published in Hospital Pharmacist October 2002 (C Gilmore et al) describing the process. MICE Associates worked as the Project Development manager for AAH Hospital Service.
