Pharmacy supply chain project

MICE Associates were part of NHS Logistics Consultancy Services providing Project management services to PASA. The project was delivered on time and achieved all possible objectives. A key recommendation was to procure a new IT system for pharmacy; MICE helped to produce the OBS. The project lasted over 15 months.
